Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving marriage customers, answering related questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle file work, including sorting, review and submission of various marriage-related documents to ensure accuracy and correctness
• Answering phone inquiries and providing clear and concise information to customers
• Handle general office affairs, such as clerical work and file management, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Support other departments when needed, ensure the center runs smoothly

Requirements:

• Secondary six education, with good learning and adaptation abilities
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Have basic English skills, able to read and write simple English emails or files
• Familiar with Chinese and English reading and writing, with Chinese typing skills, and able to efficiently complete administrative work
• Have basic computer operations knowledge, and be able to quickly familiarize yourself with related systems
• Available for immediate employment

Benefits:

• Monthly salary $16,000 - $18,000
• Enjoy 10 days of annual leave each year to ensure employee rest rights.
• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, working 5 days (9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm)
