Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare three meals and special dietary needs for about 40 residents daily, ensuring nutritional balance and food safety
- Responsible for cleaning, cutting, sorting and preparing all ingredients before cooking
- Follow the standard procedure for washing, disinfecting and returning dishes, and regularly check the condition of the equipment
- Cooperate with the institution to participate in menu planning and food procurement advice, control costs and improve food quality
- Preference will be given to those with experience as chefs in institutions, nursing homes or social welfare agencies
- Familiar with the collective meal preparation process, mastering basic cooking skills and food preservation knowledge
- Emphasize personal and environmental hygiene, follow food safety and kitchen operation guidelines
- Solid and stable personality, willing to learn, and able to adapt to high-intensity repetitive work
- Have good communication skills, be able to collaborate with other caregivers, and coordinate with the hospital's operating hours
