<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily living care of the elderly, including assistance with eating, washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility basic life needs. </p></li><li><p>Monitor and record the elderly's health status in a timely manner, such as body temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc., and report abnormal situations to the supervisor or nurse.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Maintain the staff-to-resident ratio as required by law, with at least one caregiver for every 20 residents during the day shift and one for every 40 residents during the night shift, ensuring quality of service and safety.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>No academic qualifications required, those with relevant nursing experience will be given priority, and those with no experience will also receive training.</p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to shift work patterns, including early shift (07:00-15:00), afternoon shift and night shift, and can be on duty on public holidays and weekends.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with Cantonese communication, understanding Mandarin and basic English is preferred, so as to effectively communicate with the elderly and their families.</p></li><li><p>Holding a Hong Kong permanent resident identity or a valid work visa, including High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, IANG, Dependents' Visa or other work-permitting entry permits.</p></li><li><p>Responsibility, patience, and empathy, able to execute repetitive and physically demanding nursing tasks in a high-pressure environment.</p></li></ul><p><br> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Monthly salary ranges from HKD 19,000 to HKD 25,000, depending on experience and ability.</p></li><li><p>Provide extra allowances and overtime allowances to compensate for the extra work load. </p></li><li><p>Enjoy free employee meals, reducing daily expenses.</p></li></ul>
