Working location: Central District, super luxury hotel-style office building

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming reception service in the lobby, reception area, private seating area, and all major entrances

• Efficient and flexible handling of guest needs, meeting the personalized needs of tenants and guests

• Regularly interact with tenants and guests in a friendly manner, build good relationships, and enhance the image of the group and the property

• Assist in the reception work of visiting and appreciating, ESG, festive and friendly exchanges, etc. activities, and enhance the tenant and guest experience

• Execute other responsibilities assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• DSE or above academic qualifications, holding a hospitality-related professional diploma/degree is even better

• Applicants with hotel, airline or high-end service industry experience will be given priority

• Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, intermediate Mandarin, and English

• Daily 9-hour, 5-day work schedule, including rotating shifts (no overnight shifts)
