Responsible for providing assistance at different company offices
Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Rotating between different company offices to provide on-site support and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Greet visitors, register guest information, and guide them to a designated area, maintaining a professional and friendly first-line image
  • Handling phone and email inquiries, promptly responding to basic needs of internal employees and external customers
  • Co-ordinate and promote cross-departmental administrative affairs, such as meeting arrangements, document delivery and equipment management
  • Regularly organize office space usage, assist in planning space allocation and resource utilization

Work requirements

  • Applicants with secondary school education or above, those with administrative or customer service experience will be given priority
  • Good communication skills and service awareness, able to cope with diverse internal and external personnel
  • Basic Chinese writing and oral expression skills, able to clearly record and communicate messages
  • Familiar with basic computer operations, including email and Office software applications
  • Responsibility and proactive attitude, able to adapt to a multi-point support work mode
