Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily settlement: Responsible for daily account reconciliation, cash count.
2. Document processing: Input transaction data to ensure consistency with department records
3. Customer service: Answer customer inquiries, process daily opening of accounts, product information, and handling fees, etc. Ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
1. Hold a business administration or hotel management professional diploma or above; if you graduate from secondary five and have customer service or counter work experience, you can also
2. Have one year of customer service or bank teller business experience; graduates are also welcome to apply
3. Be proactive in your work, customer-centered, and personable;
4. Be well-groomed and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Have experience in opening accounts and handling related documents;
6. Be able to work independently, while also having good team spirit;
7. Cantonese and Mandarin fluency, English knowledge is preferred;
