Customer Contact Officer (IANG priority)

• Manage existing clients' investment portfolios, regularly review and adjust investment strategies to meet their financial goals.
• Introduce comprehensive financial planning services to customers, including asset allocation, risk management, and retirement planning.
• Based on customer needs, develop and implement personalized financial plans, and provide professional investment advice.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining customer resources, building long-term stable cooperative relationships.
• Provide the latest investment market information and analysis, assist customers in grasping market dynamics, and enhance wealth management benefits.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Have basic investment and financial knowledge, familiar with market dynamics and related financial products.
• Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively establish trust and cooperation with customers.
• Have basic writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, with Cantonese being preferred.
• Preference will be given to those with IANG visa, who must have legal qualifications to work in Hong Kong.
