Answer customer calls, reply to English emails, and immediately solve user inquiries and product usage problems through various online platforms;<br><br><br>**Job Requirements: ** <br>1. Proficient in Cantonese and English, those with customer service industry work experience are preferred;<br>2. Proficient in English and Cantonese listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities;<br>3. Have good service awareness and sense of responsibility, strong execution ability;<br>4. Have excellent communication skills, rapid learning ability, and good team spirit. <br><br>**Working hours: ** <br>Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00; Saturday and Sunday online shift (rotated 1-2 times per month), and normal double leave the rest of the time.<br>
