Interior Designers

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall design and planning of residential, commercial spaces and office spaces, including floor plans, traffic flow analysis, style positioning and effect presentation.
  • Deeply communicate with customers, conduct on-site survey and measurement, and propose professional design schemes based on budget, schedule and functional use.
  • Independently complete the construction drawing (including ceiling, floor, facade, node details, etc.), ensure that the drawing meets the local building code and fire requirements.
  • Coordinate and coordinate the project execution process, including material selection advice, vendor quotation comparison, construction progress follow-up and on-site technical guidance, to ensure design quality.

Work requirements

  • Have a postgraduate education background in interior design, architecture or related fields, and hold a Hong Kong-recognized design qualification (such as HKIA, HKID or equivalent professional qualification is preferred).
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Adobe Creative Suite design software, able to independently produce high-quality renderings and construction drawings.
  • Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to clearly explain design intentions to customers, contractors and supervision teams, and flexibly respond to on-site changes and coordination needs.
