Main responsibilities:

• According to the designer's home decoration scheme, independently draw a full set of construction drawings for home decoration (including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevation plans, node details, etc.).

• Collaborate with designers on home decor solutions and independently draw up home decor - furniture plans

• Collaborate with designers to create a 3D rendering of a home outfit

• Assist in on-site field measurement and investigation, record dimensions and site conditions.

• Assist in organizing material lists, drawing archiving, etc. design files.

• Communicate with the engineering/design team on the details of the drawings.

Requirements:

• Essential skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, able to efficiently and accurately draw construction plans that meet the standards.

• Proficient in using SketchUp for space modeling and rendering

• Have good drawing and drafting skills, understand basic materials and techniques of interior decoration.

• Have good communication and understanding skills and team spirit.

• Education and experience:

• Interior design related professional diploma or above.

• More than 2 years of experience in interior design and construction drawing

• Priority will be given • Commercial project and interior design drafting experience.
