Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of office areas, public spaces and restrooms, including floor mopping, garbage disposal, wiping furniture and equipment surfaces, mirror and glass cleaning, etc.
- Regularly replenish toilet paper, hand soap, and tissue paper in the restroom, and keep them neat and orderly.
- Regularly perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet vacuuming, grout cleaning, wall stain removal, and trash can disinfection to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Cooperate with property or management office to carry out cleaning tasks during non-working hours (such as night shift) to maintain a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
- Pay attention to abnormal conditions in the area (such as water leakage, lamp damage, slippery floors, etc.), report them immediately to your supervisor or relevant department, and help create a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, and able to handle physical labor such as standing, bending, and pushing and pulling cleaning equipment.
- Have basic cleaning knowledge and operational experience, be familiar with the characteristics and safe use methods of common cleaning agents, and do not need to have professional qualification certificates.
- Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand simple written instructions; those who understand Mandarin are better.
- Provide competitive hourly or monthly wages, calculated based on actual working hours, and pay statutory holiday pay and overtime compensation as required by Hong Kong law.
- Enjoy statutory paid annual leave, sick leave and maternity/paternity leave, etc., to ensure employees’ basic right to leave.
- Provide occupational safety and health training, including proper operation of cleaning tools, safe storage of chemicals, and personal protective equipment use guidance.

- Some employers provide transportation allowance, meal arrangements or employee referral bonus, depending on the specific policies of the organization they belong to.
