Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily cleaning of various areas within the dormitory, including rooms, corridors, stairs, bathrooms, and public rest areas.

• Regularly clean and disinfect sanitation facilities to ensure they meet basic health and safety standards.

• Empty and classify the waste from each unit, and transport it to the designated collection point according to the regulations.

• Use cleaning tools and appropriate cleaning agents to perform mopping, wiping, vacuuming and dusting, etc., to keep the ground, walls and facilities clean and stain-free.

• Comply with the supervisor's arrangements to execute temporary cleaning tasks, such as pre-holiday thorough cleaning, sudden damage cleaning or special area deep cleaning.

• Have at least one year of relevant cleaning work experience, those with dormitory, residential or property management cleaning experience are preferred.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, able to clearly understand and respond to daily communication and work instructions.

• Healthy body, hard work, high sense of responsibility and proactive attitude, able to complete assigned tasks independently.

• Familiar with the basic cleaning tools and supplies, and pay attention to safety and environmental protection standards.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, and accept shift work and a 6-day work schedule (9 am to 6 pm, working about 9 hours a day, including 1 hour for lunch)

• Base salary of HKD$16,500 + monthly attendance bonus of HKD$500, with market competitiveness and compliance with industry and statutory minimum wage standards.

• Enjoy 12 paid annual leave days per year, accumulated and taken according to the Employment Ordinance.
