Job Description
- Accurately operate the electronic cash register system, process cash, Octopus card, credit card and mobile payments, etc. various payment methods, ensure that each transaction is clear and error-free.
- Keep the cash register clean and orderly, regularly check the cash drawer balance, and complete the cash count and report filling after daily business hours.
- Actively assist customers in answering basic inquiries, handling simple returns and exchanges, and maintaining a friendly, professional, and polite service attitude.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with no need for relevant work experience. Newcomers are welcome to apply; those with retail or cashiering experience are given priority.
- Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand simple instructions and fill out daily operation forms; those who understand basic English or Cantonese and communicate fluently are especially good.
- Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle money transactions independently, and abide by the company's financial and data confidentiality policies.
- Good physical condition, able to adapt to long hours of standing and early shift work, with basic computer skills (such as using a touch-screen cash register)
- Provide competitive daily or hourly wages, calculated based on actual work hours, with an additional allowance for early shifts.
