1) Review and confirm shoe patterns with professional judgment
2) Measure the last, cut the paper pattern
3) Monitor shoe quality-related functions, and be proactive in solving executability, structure, and technical issues between development and mass production
4) Ensure the factory complies with the corrective requirements and tracks progress
5) Able to create accurate specifications (understand basic shoe English terminology)
