Broadband technology personnel

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of broadband networks for residential and commercial customers, including optical terminal equipment (ONT), routers, Wi-Fi networks and related lines.
Perform network signal detection and optimization, analyze key parameters such as optical power, SNR, Ping delay, and throughput, propose feasible improvement solutions and implement them.
Assist customers in setting up wireless networks, binding smart devices, basic firewall rules, and remote access functions, and provide clear and easy-to-understand operation instructions.

Work requirements

Have basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, be able to use a laptop computer, optical power meter, OTDR (basic operation), pen-style light source, network cable tester, etc. to diagnose and validate.

Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to clearly explain technical matters in Cantonese, and patiently respond to inquiries from the elderly or non-technical background customers; have independent work ability and time management awareness.
