<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>To receive all complaints and enquiries from the public, other departments and enter properly in the record book, and dispatch telephone message to persons concerned for action by quickest possible means;</p></li><li><p>To perform computer Chinese and English word-processing;</p></li><li><p>To carry out clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.;</p></li><li><p>To complete miscellaneous office return on the animal carcass and number of dead removal cases received by end of each month and other ad hoc returns;</p></li><li><p>To assist Government Representative to arrange the duty roster by end of each month;</p></li><li><p>To perform any other duties as assigned by the Government Representative.</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Completion of Form 5 with 5 subjects at Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) or equivalent. For those sitting for HKCEE in 2007 or after, at Level 2 or above for Chinese Language and English Language with three other subjects at Grade E or above, or equivalent;</p></li><li><p>Possession of basic computer knowledge and proficient application of MS Word and Excel;</p></li><li><p>Good English and Chinese word processing skills and the speed of English and Chinese word processing are not under 40 w.p.m. and 20 w.p.m. respectively</p></li></ul>
