Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the basic work of sushi making, including ingredient preparation, sushi rolling, and hand-pressed sushi formation, etc. daily operations

• During business hours, assist the chef in completing preparation, replenishment, garnish, and immediate delivery of customer orders

• After closing, execute a cleaning and disinfection process: thoroughly clean the work surface, tools, inside and outside of the refrigerator, trash can and floor hygiene

• Comply with shift arrangements and report for duty at the designated time (11:30–22:00), and adjust your work days flexibly according to operational needs

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic listening and speaking skills, without writing or Mandarin ability

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome those with zero foundation to apply; the company provides on-the-job training and technical guidance

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or hold a valid and effective Hong Kong work permit (such as IANG, Input Interior Talent Plan, Dependents visa, etc.)

• Have good hygiene awareness and responsibility, and be able to strictly follow food safety regulations and restaurant hygiene standards

• Good physical fitness, able to stand for long periods of time, and with a team spirit and service-oriented attitude
