Job Responsibilities

• Independently responsible for the architecture design and development of complex system modules, leading from concept ideation, technical planning, coding implementation to deployment online the full life cycle process, ensuring the system has high availability, scalability and long-term maintainability.

• Utilize expert-level Python technology and RPA tools to lead the design and implementation of automatic resolution solutions, deeply optimize compliance-related business processes, effectively reduce manual operations, and improve overall operating efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with business units (especially compliance departments) to deeply understand the background of the requirements, translate non-technical business issues into feasible technical solutions, and clearly communicate technical risks, limitations, and value.

• Participate in technical architecture decisions, evaluate the suitability of emerging technologies and tools, and continuously optimize existing system architecture and development processes.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields, with more than 10 years of software development practical experience, and a complete record of successfully leading medium and large-scale projects or complex system modules from design to online.

• Proficient in Python programming, with expert-level technical skills, familiar with its core mechanisms, common frameworks (such as Django, Flask, etc.) and ecosystem, and able to write efficient, testable and maintainable code.

• Proficient in SQL and database technology, with solid data modeling skills, rich practical experience in database architecture design, query performance tuning, and complex data processing.

• Have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management techniques, be able to effectively communicate with non-technical personnel, guide requirement discussions, and accurately bridge business objectives and technical implementation.

• Have the ability to lead technical discussions and requirement analysis, and be able to exert technical influence in cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for written and oral communication.
