Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the compilation and review of fund quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Review the net asset value (NAV) report and its schedule provided by a third-party administrative agent, and conduct independent verification and analysis.
  • Manage the process of fund contribution and distribution, including reviewing the relevant work sheets, fund transfer documents and compliance checks prepared by third parties.
  • Execute cash flow predictions, continuously monitor investment activities, fund operating expenses, and reasonably arrange liquidity management strategies based on cash flow situations.
  • Calculate key fund performance indicators such as internal rate of return (IRR), total return multiple (TVPI), and distributed profit multiple (DPI), etc., to support the investment team in performance evaluation.
  • Assist in completing annual audit work, coordinate internal teams and external audit institutions, provide the financial information and explanations required.
  • Provide financial support for regulatory compliance matters, participate in the preparation of compliance reports, and ensure that fund operations comply with relevant regulations.
  • Provide other necessary financial support for the fund's daily operations, including cross-departmental collaboration and special data analysis tasks.

Work requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known domestic or foreign university, majoring in accounting, finance, and other related fields; those with a master's degree, CPA or equivalent professional qualification are given priority.
  • Having 1 to 3 years of overseas fund accounting, financial reporting or asset management related work experience, those with experience in new energy, infrastructure funds are especially preferred.
  • Applicants with work experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms, international asset management companies or third-party fund administration institutions are preferred.
  • Familiar with mainstream fund administrative systems, accounting software and financial reporting tools, understand offshore fund structures and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Have good English reading and writing skills, be able to handle English financial documents and communicate with overseas institutions.
  • Applicants with work or project experience in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Oceania or Japan are preferred.
  • Applicants with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
