Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily sales of chocolate products at the supermarket's special counter, including introducing product features, answering customer questions, and facilitating transactions.
Complete goods replenishment, label updates, shelf cleaning and initial inventory count on time to ensure the display is standardized and fresh.
Record daily sales data and customer feedback, regularly report sales situation and market observation to the supervisor, and assist in optimizing marketing strategies.
Support seasonal or brand theme activities, participate in temporary promotion tasks (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), and flexibly support cross-departmental collaboration.
Work requirements
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to respond to customer inquiries in Mandarin and simple English, and express yourself clearly and friendly.
No academic qualifications required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply; those with less than one year of retail or sales experience are especially welcome.
Can be stable on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for three consecutive days, with each shift from 11 am to 7 pm (a total of 8 hours), and need to be adjusted according to holiday operations.
Working location is at a dedicated counter in a supermarket in (Yeti City, Tung Chung, Yui Ching Bay); image is clean and proactive, with service awareness and team spirit, and able to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment and stand-up work mode.
