Senior Equity Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Equity Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible doing in-depth industry and company research to support the investment decision of portfolio manager. You will need to do research on various sectors, mostly cyclical sectors in US, Japan or Europe markets.

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries, and markets to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

2.Prepare investment reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.

3.Stay informed about developments in industry and companies.

4.Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

2.More than 5 years’ experience in equity analysis of non-China market.

3.Have overseas education or work experience.

4.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify industry trends and discover investment thesis.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

7.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

1. Responsible for in-depth industry and company research in the United States, Japan or Europe, providing high-quality research support and core recommendations to fund managers for investment decision-making;

2.Independent writing of professional investment research reports and presentation materials, clearly explaining the investment logic;

3. Closely track global macroeconomic, industry dynamics and fundamental changes of target companies, and timely capture market fluctuations and investment opportunities;

4. Flexible response and efficient completion of other special studies or temporary tasks assigned by the team.

[Job Requirements]

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, must have overseas study or work experience;

Experience requirement: More than 5 years of secondary market stock research experience, must have non-Chinese market (such as the US, Japan, Europe, etc.) investment and research experience;

Language ability: Proficient in Chinese and English, can be used as a working language for smooth written and oral communication;
