Job Responsibilities:
Completely responsible for school operations and management, formulate development strategies and annual plans, and ensure education quality and brand reputation;
Coordinate teaching team building, plan faculty development, and build a high-quality teaching team;
Optimize the curriculum system (aligned with international standards), innovate teaching modes, and enhance students’ comprehensive quality;
Lead school-family cooperation, build communication platforms, and maintain good relationships between parents and communities;
Coordinate internal and external resources (government, educational institutions, partners) to expand the development space of the school.
Requirements:
With Hong Kong / International education management experience (with secondary schools and primary schools), holding education management-related qualifications;
Strong leadership and decision-making ability, able to lead the team to meet the challenges of the education market;
Deep understanding of international education concepts (IB, AP, DSE, etc.), with curriculum innovation ability;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good at integrating resources to promote development;
Love education, have an open mind and forward-looking vision.
