<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>According to students’ learning level and progress, design personalized teaching plans and conduct one-on-one or group violin teaching</li><li></li><li>Assist students in preparing for various exams, including ABRSM, TRINITY, and LCME, etc. International music rating exams</li><li>Regularly evaluate students’ learning performance and adjust teaching methods to ensure learning effectiveness</li><li>Maintain good communication with parents, feedback on students’ learning situation and provide professional advice</li></ul><p><br>Qualifications required</p><ul><li>Applicants with ABRSM, TRINITY or LCME violin eight-grade or above qualifications, with relevant performance or teaching experience, are preferred.</li><li>Full of love, patience and sense of responsibility, and passionate about getting along with children and stimulating their learning interest</li><li>Have good communication skills and expression skills, be able to clearly transmit knowledge and effectively handle teaching problems</li><li>Can independently arrange course progress and manage students’ learning process, with self-management ability</li><li>Can attend classes at fixed and flexible work hours at locations such as Kowloon Tong, Tai Po or Chung Shan</li></ul><ul><li></li><li>Hourly pay, with an hourly rate between HK$180 and HK$500, depending on the student's level and the time of the class</li><li>We already have a fixed number of students</li><li>Free worker identity, suitable for part-time or full-time development</li></ul>
