Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and be familiar with the content and features of the swimming course, and professionally introduce and promote it to potential customers
• Actively develop new customers, proactively contact parents and invite them to participate in course experiences
• Provide excellent customer service, answer parent questions, and assist with the enrollment process
• Handling online and offline customer inquiries and needs

Requirements:

• Have basic sales experience, those with sports or children-related industry experience are given priority
• Active, good communication skills, like to communicate with parents and children
