Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily office affairs, such as document receipt and distribution, sorting and archiving, ensuring that document management is standardized and orderly;
2. Assist in the promotion of meetings, including the publication of meeting notices, preparation of meeting materials, meeting minutes and follow-up on the implementation of meeting resolutions;
3. Collaborate with various departments to complete administrative-related data statistics, report preparation, and other administrative affairs assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), with basic document formatting and data processing abilities;
2. Have good English and Chinese expression and communication skills, be able to clearly and accurately transmit information, write simple official documents;
3. Work meticulously and systematically, with a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
4. Understand basic administrative procedures and office etiquette, those with relevant experience or administrative management professional background are preferred.
