(Assistant) Engineer / Engineering Technician

Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui

• Under the guidance of senior engineers, assist in the design, development and execution of engineering projects

• Responsible for following up on site engineering, maintenance and repair work

• Communicate with customers, general contractors, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure the project progresses smoothly

• Handle engineering project execution work, including the preparation of construction drawings, equipment and material review, and procurement arrangements

• Use AutoCAD to create and modify engineering drawings, system diagrams, and technical specifications

• Monitor the progress of the project and ensure that site work complies with relevant safety regulations and requirements

• Organize and update engineering files, progress records, and related reports

• Handle other engineering-related work assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Familiar with building site (safety) regulations

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings

• Applicants with relevant construction site, maintenance and repair or engineering project experience will be given priority

• Have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

• Have good writing and conversational skills in Chinese and English, with preference for those who understand Cantonese

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
