Hong Yip Service Limited ("Hong Yip" or "Company") (Property Management Company Licence No.: C-619311), established in 1967, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited ("Sun Hung Kai Properties" or "SHKP"). It is one of the foremost specialist property and facility management companies in Hong Kong. Currently Hong Yip is managing over 1,700 building blocks, including residences, hotels and serviced apartments, shopping malls, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, recreational facilities, as well as government and institutional facilities, forming a large community network in Hong Kong and earning the trust from the market.
