Job Responsibilities:
Execute property management work, handle rent and financial affairs, and communicate and coordinate with tenants.
Handling tenant and public inquiries, complaints and emergencies
Monitor the work of all service and contracting providers
Requirements:
At least two years of property management-related work experience, those with shopping mall management or leasing experience will be given priority
Proficient in the operation of commonly used computer software, with Chinese input capability (Cangjie / Quick Input Method)
Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English.
