Requirements:

Must hold a Hong Kong identity card
Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications
Able to read English construction drawings and work instructions
Able to speak fluent Cantonese
5 years of construction site management experience, familiar with concrete/rebar engineering
Preference will be given to those with experience in road construction, drainage engineering, and maintenance work.
Able to read English construction drawings and work instructions, coordinate subcontractors and workers

Main responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction progress and quality, ensure compliance with safety standards
Assign worker tasks, manage material entry and acceptance
Coordinate subcontractors and workers

Working hours:

Working 6 days a week, 8 am to 6 pm (10 hours a day)

Salary range:

Monthly salary of HKD 30,000-40,000 (depending on work experience)
