Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of various production lines in the factory, including the operation, maintenance and basic maintenance of mechanical equipment;

• Execute assembly, testing, packaging and material handling according to the production plan, ensuring product quality and delivery time;

• Follow the factory safety rules and 5S management requirements, keep the work area clean and orderly, and implement occupational health and safety measures;

• Collaborate and communicate with team members, use Cantonese and Mandarin for daily operations, and ensure accurate and clear information exchange.

• Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card or having legal working qualifications in Hong Kong (which may require assistance from the employer to apply for a work visa);

• Education is not limited, no need for relevant industry experience, welcome those with learning intentions and sense of responsibility to apply;

• Familiar with Cantonese, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin; have good discipline, obedience, and team spirit;

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with one hour for lunch, and occasional overtime to meet production needs.

• Provide a competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD 16,000 to 24,000, depending on skills, performance, and job responsibilities;

• Enjoy 13 months of salary, that is, an extra monthly salary at the end of the year, and a year-end bonus based on the company's operating conditions and personal performance evaluation;

• Provide overtime allowance, calculate overtime compensation in accordance with the law and the contract, and protect employees’ labor rights;

• Provide transportation allowance to support employees’ daily commuting expenses between their work place and home;
