1. Job essence

Business UnitDesign the first position, responsible for building the brand DNA and product visual language of the home and travel category, leading the design team, and ensuring design quality and innovation from concept to mass production.

2. Job Details

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a business unitLong-term industrial design strategy, design language and brand DNA.

• Lead the industrial design team, responsible for the full process design of products from user research, concept sketches, 3D modeling, rendering to production follow-up.

• Conduct design reviews and ensure design solutions meet requirementsInnovativeness, feasibility, and business value.

• Closely cooperate with product, R&D, and supply chain to solve technical problems in the design landing process.

• Track global design trends, new materials and new processes, and push design innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Industrial design, product design related professional bachelor's degree or above.

• 10 years or moreWell-known consumer electronics, intelligent hardware, home and baby care or transportation field industrial design experience.

• 5 years or aboveDesign team management experience, with leadership and designer empowerment experience.

• Have multipleSuccessful mass productionProduct design case, excellent works collection.

• MasterRhino, Keyshot, Adobe Creative SuiteWait for design software.

• Baby stroller, office furniture, personal transportation (ebike, etc.) Design experience is preferred.

• Have woniF、Red Dot、IDEA、G-MarkApplicants with international design awards are preferred.
