Job Title: Engineering Secretary

- Handle administrative work, such as data input and file archiving
- Assist with handling office daily affairs and miscellaneous matters
- Maintain good communication with colleagues and other departments, coordinate related administrative matters
- Second 5 or above
- Have good Cantonese language skills
- Have basic English reading and writing skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software (including Excel and Word)
- Master Cangjie or Quick Input Method
- Have computer word processing and data input related skills
- Applicants with 1 year or more of relevant work experience will be given priority
- Have good personal qualities, including politeness, sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, obedience, and punctuality
- Monthly salary range is HKD$15,000 to $18,000 (depending on work experience)
- Enjoy 7 days of annual leave each year
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
- Provide factory shuttle service (Siu Sai Bay, Tseung Kwan O, Tseung Kwan O)
- Working 8.5 hours a day
- Dining time: 11:30AM-13:00PM
