We are seeking: space landing "Chief Quality Officer" (Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator)

We are not looking for a traditional "supervisor", but rather an engineering practice expert with **"builder's thinking"**. At Tian Shun Design, engineering supervision is not just about inspecting the site, but also about defending the design soul. We know that construction sites are full of variables, so we are committed to introducing digital management, allowing you to say goodbye to messy paper records and ineffective communication, and focus on solving core technical problems, pushing each design drawing to delivery.

Your stage and responsibilities:

1. High precision on-site guardianship (On-site Excellence)

• Craft and detail control: Responsible for site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality acceptance. From masonry, carpentry to electrical work, you will ensure that each process meets the company's stringent requirements and correct any deviations from the design drawings in a timely manner.

• Safety and site management: Supervise construction site safety (OSH) and environmental cleanliness, manage subcontractors’ work progress, and ensure project delivery on time.

2. Digital empowerment of the supervision mode (Smart Supervision)

• Cloud monitoring and reporting:

• AI Assistance Solution: When encountering structural or technical problems on site, use digital management tools to instantly access 3D models or cloud-based image collections, shorten decision-making time, and make technical problems easier to solve.

3. Cross-departmental collaboration bridge

• Technical translation: Serve as a translator between designers and construction workers, translating design aesthetics into executable processes. At the same time, provide accurate on-site data to project managers (PMs) to ensure the project progresses within budget and schedule.

We are looking for someone like you:

• Practical experts: Have extensive construction site management experience, familiar with the process, material properties and Hong Kong relevant regulations of the renovation project.

• Problem-solving experts: In the face of sudden situations on the construction site, you can always calmly analyze and propose the best solution, rather than simply reporting the problem.

• Digital Adaptability: You are familiar with digital communication and reporting tools, and willing to try using technology to optimize traditional construction supervision processes.

• Strong execution and principled:

• Need to meet customers and go out for work

• Long and short weeks, 6 days off per month, Saturday and Sunday need to be rotated

• Birthday leave, bank holiday
