Job Description
1. Senior Technician
Requirements:
• Secondary school education or above.
• Priority will be given to those with a valid safety card and a registered electrician's A license.
• More than 3 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Able to handle independently water and electricity, air conditioning, painting, masonry and carpentry maintenance work.
• Good communication skills, able to write simple Chinese reports.
Responsibilities:
• Investigate and repair faulty building equipment to restore normal operation.
• Work with front-line staff to ensure high-efficiency maintenance services.
• Install and test various types of building equipment.
• Execute emergency maintenance work.
• Perform daily maintenance, installation and repair of building facilities.
2. Assistant Engineering Inspector
Requirements:
• Hold a diploma/certificate in building services engineering/architecture or other relevant sciences.
• Priority will be given to those with a valid safety card and a registered electrician's A license.
• More than 4 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Able to handle independently the daily maintenance and supervision of building equipment.
• Good communication skills, able to write simple Chinese reports.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain a team of maintenance personnel to carry out daily building facility maintenance, installation, and repair work.
• Investigate and repair faulty building equipment to restore normal operation.
• Design manpower allocation and reorganization.
• Install and test various types of building equipment.
• Execute emergency maintenance work.
• Carry out daily maintenance, installation and repair of building facilities.
