Engineering liaison officer/project coordinator

Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the progress of various engineering projects, including the development and updating of construction schedules, to ensure that each stage is completed on time.
- Responsible for material allocation and delivery arrangements, confirming material specifications, quantities and delivery locations, and maintaining close communication with suppliers and construction units.
- Execute on-site quality inspections and installation quality checks, record deviation problems, follow up on corrective actions, and compile quality reports for project managers to review.
- Daily fill out and update the construction site progress record table, covering completed work volume, manpower deployment, abnormal situations and pending issues, and regularly report the overall implementation status to the supervisor.
- Have secondary school education or above, civil, mechanical, architectural engineering or related professional qualifications are preferred; those with 1 to 3 years of engineering coordination or site support experience are especially good.
- Familiar with basic building regulations, construction processes and common mechanical/electrical and structural installation standards, and able to identify general plans and technical documents.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, effectively liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, supervisors and owner representatives to handle on-site emergencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), able to independently process progress data, create presentations, and send and receive engineering emails.
- Need to frequently travel between different construction sites, have basic safety awareness, and hold a valid "construction site safety evaluation certificate" (such as CSD or BCCS) as a bonus condition.
