Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative support work in the engineering department, including file sorting, data input, meeting scheduling and recording, reception, etc.;

  • Assist in handling engineering project-related administrative work, such as quotation forms, contract copies, progress reports and internal reporting documents;

  • Coordinate departmental office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance application and site coordination to ensure smooth operation of the office environment;

  • Maintain basic communication with internal and external units (such as contractors, consulting companies, government departments) , convey messages and follow up on pending matters;

  • Complete temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor on time, with flexibility to match the engineering project rhythm and weekend shift arrangements.

Work requirements

  • Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to have daily conversations and write in Mandarin and basic English, without the need for professional language qualification;

  • No academic qualifications required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply, those with engineering, architecture or property management related experience will be given priority;

  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office series of software (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to handle documents and simple data processing independently;

  • Must hold a valid identity qualification for working in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit.

Benefits

  • Provide a competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD 20,000 to 25,000, which can be adjusted according to personal experience and performance;

  • Yearly payment of 13 months' salary, including a year-end bonus, to ensure stable and continuous income;

  • Standard working hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break, working six days a week (Monday to Saturday), with actual attendance arrangements coordinated according to departmental operational needs;

  • The office is located in the core commercial area of Quan Wan, with convenient transportation, near the Quan Wan West Station of the MTR, a clean and orderly working environment, and a friendly and collaborative team atmosphere.
