Engineering sales representative (monthly salary $30,000 – $45,000)

• Proactively develop and expand local construction industry customers, including contractors, developers, architectural firms and engineering consulting companies, to seize structural, mechanical and electrical, and decoration subcontracting project opportunities

• In-depth understanding of customer engineering requirements and project progress, providing professional technical support and customized quotation solutions, and assisting customers in completing bidding and tendering procedures

• Independently prepare competitive quotation, technical proposal, tender documents and presentation materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and compliance with contract specifications

• Continuously follow up on potential project progress, coordinate internal engineering, cost and project management teams, and push for business negotiations and contract signing

• Regularly visit customers and construction sites, establish long-term stable cooperative relationships, enhance brand trust and market share

• Record and update customer information and project progress in the CRM system, regularly report sales pipeline, expected closing, and market dynamics

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, with a background in building engineering, subcontracting, building materials, mechanical and electrical or related industries

• Familiarity with Hong Kong's construction industry operating mode, tendering process and common contract terms (such as JCT, NEC or HKIA standard) is particularly desirable

• A fluent Cantonese is a must, able to communicate professionally in English and Mandarin; have the ability to write business documents in Chinese and English

• Have excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion skills, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities, be able to independently plan and efficiently execute a visit schedule

• Educational qualifications are not limited, welcome potential and positive attitude of fresh graduates or career changers to apply; no need for relevant professional qualifications

• Must have legal qualifications to work in Hong Kong, and be eligible for the following types of identity: Hong Kong permanent resident, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (1-hour lunch break)

• Competitive salary: $30,000 - $45,000 per month, plus performance bonuses, with no ceiling on income
