Job Description
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily content updates and interactive operations for enterprises on mainstream social platforms (such as WeChat public accounts, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including copywriting, image editing, post scheduling and data tracking;
- Participate in website basic maintenance and update work, including CMS backend operation, page content upload, activity special page construction and basic SEO optimization advice;
- Monitor and analyze key indicators on various platforms (such as reading volume, interaction rate, fan growth, click-through conversion, etc.), regularly compile operation reports, and propose implementable optimization directions;
- Collaborate on the production of promotional materials, topic planning and short scripts to support online and offline integrated communication execution;
- Communicate closely with design, content and customer teams to understand brand tone and target audience, and ensure all external outputs align with corporate image and strategic positioning.
- Currently enrolled or graduated within the past year in fields such as communication, marketing, digital media, journalism, design or related disciplines, with a basic awareness of digital content creation and a strong learning enthusiasm;
- Familiar with mainstream social platform ecosystems and user behaviors, able to independently complete simple graphic and text editing (familiar with Canva, mobile photo editing tools, etc. is preferred);
- Have good Chinese writing skills, clear logic, and acute sense of language, and be able to adjust tone and narrative style according to different platform styles;
- Have basic data processing and analysis concepts, and be willing to learn Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, WeChat public platform, etc. common tools;
- Strong sense of responsibility, quick response, and good at communicating and collaborating, able to adapt to the fast pace of project progress, and accept occasional flexible work arrangements.
