Duties:
1. Assist in executing the company's market strategy, promote brand building and market expansion, and enhance the company's brand influence in the industry.
2. Responsible for market positioning, promotion strategy and sales support system of the company's core products.
3. In-depth understanding of medical devices and consumer electronics markets, identifying target customer groups, building and maintaining a customer relationship network.
4. Plan and organize online and offline market activities, including product launches, industry exhibitions, technical seminars, etc., to enhance product market visibility.
5. Responsible for market research and competitive analysis, continuously track industry trends and customer needs, and provide data support for product iteration and market decisions.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to produce market competitive product promotion materials, technical white papers, case studies, etc.
7. Establish a market team, manage market budgets, and ensure efficient execution and cost control of market activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, biomedical engineering, etc. Relevant professional prefer.
2. More than 5 years of marketing experience in the medical equipment, digital health or consumer electronics industry, those with team management experience are preferred.
3. Familiar with toB/toC market operation mode, with strong market insight, strategy planning and customer expansion capabilities.
4. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, public speaking skills and copywriting skills, and be able to independently complete market plan formulation and execution.
5. Have strong interest and a certain level of understanding in AI health management, consumer electronics, and intelligent hardware fields.
6. Have good English reading and writing abilities, and be able to adapt to the internationalization of market expansion needs.
