Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for various types of flat design projects of the company, including but not limited to brand promotional materials, advertising design, product packaging, corporate image design, etc., ensuring that design works meet the company's brand image and market demand.

2. According to project requirements, independently complete creative thinking and design execution, providing high-quality visual solutions.

3. Work closely with relevant departments, understand business goals and translate them into specific design expressions, enhance brand influence and user experience.

5. Assist in the development of design specifications and standards to ensure design consistency and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. At least three years of experience in flat design, familiar with the whole process from concept to finished product.

2. Proficient in design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with excellent artistic skills and creative thinking ability.

3. Have unique understanding and application abilities in terms of color, layout, font, etc., and be able to quickly adapt to diverse design styles.

4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to effectively understand customer needs and provide professional advice.

5. Pay attention to details, have a strong sense of responsibility and time management skills, and be able to efficiently complete multiple projects under pressure.
