Store Assistant
Job Responsibilities
⦁ Assist with daily operations of the store, including pre-opening preparation, customer reception, checkout service and closing, ensuring smooth, efficient and service-oriented business processes.
⦁ Responsible for daily inventory management, including supplier goods acceptance, in-stock commodity inventory, manual input and system data synchronization of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring that inventory data is real-time, accurate, and consistent with physical goods.
⦁ Regularly inspect inventory status and expiration date markings, proactively identify near expiration, slow-moving or abnormal loss situations, and report them to the store manager and relevant supervisors according to the regulations, and assist in formulating adjustment suggestions.
⦁ Collaborate to maintain the overall environmental quality of the store, including cleaning the display area, basic equipment maintenance (such as defrosting the refrigerator and disinfecting the knives), emptying the trash bin and sorting the trash, and supporting the creation of a clean and safe consumption space.
Work requirements
⦁ Have a high sense of responsibility and proactive execution ability, be able to independently plan and complete daily routine tasks, and continuously maintain operational stability and service quality in an undirected supervision situation.
⦁ Have good Chinese oral expression and listening skills, be able to clearly communicate information, patiently respond to customer inquiries and needs, and build positive interactive relationships with a friendly attitude.
⦁ Prioritize food hygiene and workplace safety, familiar with basic food handling rules (such as raw and cooked separation, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention), and strictly follow personal hygiene, environmental disinfection, and equipment maintenance guidelines.
⦁ Have team spirit, be able to maintain open communication and mutual support with the store manager and colleagues, and be willing to learn new work processes, adapt to the changes in the store's rhythm and seasonal business needs.
