• Responsible for the display, replenishment, and warehouse cleaning of household goods in the department, ensuring a neat and orderly sales environment

• Proactively greet customers, provide professional and sincere customer service, answer inquiries and recommend suitable products

• Assist in completing daily operations of the store, including opening and closing, inventory and cash register work

• Regularly check the condition of goods and promptly handle damaged or expired products

• Support the team in executing promotional activities, improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Work requirements

• Second 3 or above, with basic reading and writing skills

• Applicants with retail or sales experience will be given priority

• Good Cantonese communication skills, slightly understand Mandarin and basic English

• Positive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and service awareness

• Have good communication skills, be able to collaborate with colleagues and show team spirit

Benefits

• Monthly salary of $14,300 to $17,000, depending on experience
