Responsibilities Description:

1. Responsible for the overall daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring service quality and efficiency.

2. Familiar with the operation mode of Taiwanese-style dining, and able to adjust business strategies based on market demand.

3. Have in-depth research on table-top beverages (such as hand-shaken tea, traditional drinks, etc.), and be able to participate in new product development and quality control.

4. Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer retention rate.

5. Responsible for employee training, scheduling, and team building, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

6. Monitor costs and profits, achieve effective cost control and profit targets.

7. Establish and track KPIs to ensure that sales, customer satisfaction, and other goals are achieved.

Requirements:

1. Have more than 3 years of restaurant management experience, those with Taiwanese restaurant experience are preferred.

2. Familiar with Taiwan's cuisine and beverage culture, with high sensitivity to ingredients and flavors.

3. Excellent team management and communication skills, able to lead employees to grow together.

4. Have marketing and promotion awareness, and be able to use online and offline channels to boost sales.

5. Proficient in cost control and data analysis, with a track record of setting and achieving KPIs.

6. Active and proactive, strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment of the catering industry.
