Responsibilities:

• Front desk reception, general administrative work
• Answer customer inquiries and schedule appointments
• System operations (including adding contracts and inputting manual money)
• Assist the branches and the headquarters of the operating department to improve work efficiency
• Assist the store manager in operating the store

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above
• Fluent Cantonese
• 1 year or above customer service experience, beauty salon related is preferred
• Responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit
• Excellent service attitude, positive and proactive
• Understand computer operations, Work, Excel, Chinese input method
