[Job Responsibilities]

Daily operations and management

• Monitor restaurant environmental hygiene, food safety and service standard compliance

Team management

• Assist in training and evaluating front desk staff

• Motivate team spirit, handle employee relations and communicate and coordinate

Customer service

• Build and maintain customer loyalty relationships, and increase customer retention rates

• Collect customer feedback and propose service improvement suggestions

Administrative and financial

• Assist in controlling operating costs, managing inventory and purchasing materials

• Supervise daily sales and cash management

• Execute company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)

[Job Requirements]

Education qualifications : College degree or above, hospitality management, restaurant management or related professional preferred

Experience : More than 3 years of restaurant industry work experience, with at least 1 year of management position experience

Language : Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills

Skills : Familiar with restaurant POS system operations, with basic financial knowledge

Characteristics : Have leadership skills, strong stress resistance, attention to details, and good communication skills
