Job Description
Store Manager/Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the beauty salon, including business scheduling, service process monitoring, inventory control and maintenance of the retail environment, to ensure that service quality and operating efficiency meet the standards.
- Lead employee recruitment, training, evaluation and team motivation, establish a stable and professionally trained service team, and regularly organize internal skills enhancement and service standard retraining.
- Plan and execute customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, including member tiered operations, in-store follow-up, satisfaction tracking and customer complaint coordination and handling, to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate product and treatment sales strategies, analyze sales data and customer consumption behavior, and optimize promotion schemes and sales scripts.
- Collaborate with the headquarters to push brand activities to the ground, such as seasonal theme treatments, co-branding or community marketing, to strengthen the in-store local influence and brand image.
Work requirements
- Familiar with the operating principles of beauty instruments, mainstream maintenance and treatment knowledge, able to provide basic consultation and advice to customers, and support on-site technical troubleshooting.
- Preference will be given to those with beauty-related certificates.
