[Job Responsibilities]

Fight side by side with the founders and senior designers, and fully experience the "concept - implementation" process:

- Design concept incubation: data collection, brainstorming, Mood Board and narrative proposal.

- Design execution and drawing: Use AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, etc., to draw floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

- 3D modeling and visualization: Create detailed 3D models and use V-Ray / Enscape tools for rendering to create high-quality images.

- Material research: Explore and study innovative sustainable and eco-friendly materials, and help establish the company's materials library.

- Presentation creation: Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to assist in creating persuasive customer design presentations and project collections.

- Project coordination: site survey, supplier meeting, progress tracking, witnessing the transformation of blueprints into real scenes.

[Job Requirements]

1. Academic background: Currently enrolled in architecture, interior design, environmental design or related disciplines at a university or pursuing a master's degree.

2. Design Passion: Strong interest in interior architecture, especially in sustainable design, biomimetic design, and material innovation, filled with enthusiasm and curiosity.

3. Software skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID).

Familiarity with V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion and other rendering software will be given priority.

4. Proactive, reliable, and willing to share, with fluent communication in Chinese, English, and Cantonese.
