Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole project various construction schemes and progress plans, monthly and weekly work arrangements, compilation and implementation

• Rationally organize and schedule production factors, implement the responsibilities of organization, planning, command, coordination, control, and encouragement in daily work, and ensure that the goals of engineering quality, safety and civilization, schedule, and benefits are achieved

• Organize and carry out the final acceptance and settlement of each stage of the project

• Solve various technical problems that arise during construction, coordinate and resolve technical disputes

• Bachelor's degree or above, architecture design, engineering management, and other related fields are preferred

• 10 years of relevant work experience, those with large-scale construction enterprise project management experience are preferred

• Familiar with land construction management regulations, policies, land construction project management process and construction management points

• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to withstand a large amount of work pressure

• Have good coordination, communication, negotiation and written expression skills, good planning and adaptation skills
