Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the editing and production of various short films, including picture editing, sound effect synchronization, dynamic subtitle design and cover image creation, ensuring visual style and brand personality consistency.

• Based on the planning script or content direction, independently complete the entire process from rough cut, fine cut to outputting a finished film, and strictly abide by the specified delivery schedule.

• Optimize video rhythm, aspect ratio, and opening appeal to increase user engagement and interaction rates.

• Collaborate with marketing teams or content planners to make version modifications, quickly respond to feedback, and ensure that the final product meets local regulations, platform review standards, and copyright compliance requirements (including music, materials, and font licensing).

• Collaborate on organizing and archiving raw materials, engineering files, and output products, establish clear file management habits, and support reuse and version tracing in the future.

• Proficient in mainstream editing software, including but not limited to CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro; those with basic audio processing and color correction skills are especially recommended.

• No need to sit in the office

• Have good Mandarin communication skills, be able to clearly understand requirements, proactively report progress, and coordinate detailed modifications in a concise language to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
