Duties:

1. , follow up with overseas lawyers on the interpretation of local laws, and ensure the compliant operation of game products in global markets.

2. Game overseas compliance: Provide full life cycle legal support for overseas game products, including game content compliance review, localization operation risk assessment, and marketing activity compliance solution design, etc.

3. Data privacy and security: Track global key countries and regions (especially the EU GDPR, US CCPA/COPPA) data protection regulations dynamically, perfect the company's global data compliance system, and prevent data breach risks.

4. Intellectual property protection: Collaborate with overseas law firms to handle trademark registration, copyright registration and infringement litigation matters worldwide, and to combat piracy, private servers and "skin cloning" infringement.

5. Contract Management: Participate in complex commercial contracts such as overseas distribution, co-publishing, and sports event collaborations, negotiate, draft, and review them to ensure the company's commercial interests.

Requirements:

• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known law school, passing the national bar exam, those with overseas study background or LLM degree are preferred.

• Work experience: More than 3 years of legal work experience, those who have game industry or Internet industry overseas business support experience are preferred.

• Professional skills:

• Language skills: English listening, speaking, reading and writing are fluent, and I can independently hold telephone conferences with overseas cooperative law firms, review and modify English legal documents;

• Core Qualities: Passionate about the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of game products; with cross-cultural communication skills and business acumen, able to provide practical and compliant solutions in a rapidly changing business environment
