Part-time photography assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site shooting of real estate in various districts of Hong Kong, including video shooting and basic lens composition, to ensure that picture quality meets the platform's publication standards.

• According to content requirements, conduct simple film shooting and material collection, and have the ability to independently complete outdoor shooting tasks.

• Closely monitor the latest promotion policies and algorithm changes on Xiaohongshu and Douyin, adjust the content distribution strategy in accordance with the team, and improve the exposure and conversion effects.

• Execute daily simple administrative work and data processing, support the basic operation of the marketing team.

Work requirements

• Have at least one year of experience in operating Xiaohongshu or Douyin platforms, those with successful cases or personal works will be given priority.

• Have basic video shooting skills, be able to operate a camera or smartphone for high-quality shooting, and have lens language expression ability.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, understand Mandarin and basic English reading and writing, and adapt to a multilingual work environment.

Benefits

• Provide flexible work schedule, working hours from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm daily, working two to three days a week, and 5 to 6 hours each time (Monday to Friday days can be selected).

• Monthly salary range is from HKD5,000 to 10,000, and salary can be negotiated based on experience and ability.

• Accept various legal work identities in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG visa, dependent visa, and other valid work permits.

• The position is part-time or contract-based, suitable for those seeking flexible work arrangements, combining office work with outdoor shooting.
